Wahoo are generally a deep water trolled fish but occasionally can be caught in close to shore. They act like a mackerel on steroids and are actually in the mackerel family. They are very fast swimmers reaching speeds of up to 40 mph and can weigh over 100 lbs.

Catch them from April - October.
